This is a striking antique Victorian dome-top immigrant or steamer trunk dating to the late 1800s.
It features richly embossed red floral tin panels, black metal cladding, curved oak slats, ornate brass-tone hardware, and remnants of its original decorative paper lining and period lithographs. The interior retains a divided storage tray, making the trunk ideal as a decorative storage chest or statement accent piece.
Solid and functional, with extensive cosmetic wear, interior deterioration, missing side handles, damaged hardware, and other imperfections consistent with more than a century of age and use.
