A bright mid century stone lithograph depicting a cityscape of a village in Southern France.
Titled Village Provencal.

Brightly colored buildings and hills give a story of an idyllic small village tucked away in a landscape of colorful trees.
This piece showcases the artist's signature Post-Impressionist and modernist approach to landscapes.

Georges Lambert was a French painter, printmaker and illustrator associated with the post war School of Paris.

Numbered and signed in pencil as shown in photos.
Behind an original mat and plexiglass . In its original wood gilt frame.

The mat appears to be slightly loose at the top as shown. We have not taken the artwork out of the frame. In very nice condition with minor surface wear to the frame.
