Elegant vintage J.G. Durand cut lead crystal vase, crafted in France and retaining its original gold foil label. The label identifies the piece as genuine 24% PbO lead crystal.
The tall tapered form is decorated with a dramatic radiating starburst and sweeping fan-cut design, creating beautiful reflections as the vase catches the light. Substantial and beautifully proportioned, it works equally well filled with flowers or displayed on its own as a sculptural crystal accent.
A sophisticated example of late-20th-century French crystal with a look that complements Hollywood Regency, Art Deco Revival, Traditional, French, and Transitional interiors.
