Mom usually sat in it, a book resting on the table. Sometimes she used the ottoman, mostly she didn't. Most recently, I used this chair for working. My laptop was the perfect size, and the two little black rubber knobs at the bottom of the table kept it from sliding off. A supremely comfortable chair, it cradles you and supports your back. The leather is a deep cordovan color with a steel frame and a contoured base and table made of European beech. I'm keeping the second chair that they bought because I love them so much. See less
