A vintage Bitossi vase designed by Aldo Londi for Rosenthal-Netter for their Cinese (Chinese) series. The special rough, lava like glazing in this series is what sets these pieces apart. The vase is approximately 12" tall with a 3 1/2" opening. It is in very good pre owned condition with some small chips on the rim, one tiny one glued back (see last photos). Also some tiny ones on the body; otherwise no other discernible issues. Signed with the original Rosenthal Netter label on the bottom. A hard to find and very beautiful piece for someone's Bitossi collection...
