Introduced in Fall 2002, the Verve Chair became the signature piece of the collection, which was developed for the Japanese and American residential market. The chairs are constructed of hardwood and bent-ply birch veneer in an American Walnut wood treatment, with brown Faux ostrich leather upholstered seats. Each chair has a compact profile with tapered legs and a distinctive T-shaped back support composed of a vertical stem and gently curved horizontal backrest. The geometric wood construction and upholstered seat reference mid-century design while maintaining the recognizable character of Morla’s original concept. They are in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage. Made in Japan.
