A striking feature of this lamp is the coloring with the strong black and white contrast. A special feature also lies in the shape of the shade, rod, and base, which makes this lamp particularly elegant. The large translucent acrylic (acrylic glass) shade lies loosely on the spherical dome of the lamp, so that part of the black sphere looks out and forms a black finish at the top of the lamp. The base is in carrara marble. Here is the rare and original version with the conical design. A successful detail here is the transition from the metal rod to the foot, which is executed with a shadow gap. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
