We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning pair of late Victorian Honduras Mahogany side chairs with ornately carved … Read more We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning pair of late Victorian Honduras Mahogany side chairs with ornately carved Lion’s Hairy paw feet These chairs are of the finest quality, the timber was extremely expensive new and was being imported by the likes of Gillows of Lancaster, the legs are real winner with this piece, its super rare to find lions hairy paw feet on any type of chair, the back has subtle but sublime carvings with almost Scottish like influence We have cleaned waxed and polished them from top to bottom, the upholstery is damask and nicely aged, there will naturally be some age and use patina marks here and there Dimensions Height:- 93.5cm Width:- 45.5cm Depth:- 46cm Seat height:- 47cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description pertaining to the condition.
