This large, rounded vessel displays an elaborate polychrome composition across a soft ivory ground. Floral arrangements, flowering branches, colorful birds, and a traditional cart motif are outlined with gilt accents and intricate painted detailing. Raised white enamel beading highlights the blossoms and branches, adding dimension throughout the exterior decoration. The upper border is surrounded by ornate gilt scrollwork, red floral medallions, and alternating decorative panels along the wide rim. Additional jewel-like enamel accents encircle the upper and lower borders. The interior continues the decorative program with painted fish among green aquatic foliage, offering another detailed composition within the vessel.
