Bring commanding geometric symmetry and architectural drama to your interior with this monumental Art Deco Revival sculptural ceramic floor vase by Vanguard Studios. Produced during the late 1970s to 1980s Postmodern era, this impressive 19.5-inch tall statement piece beautifully channels the glamorous tiered "sky-scraper" fan forms popularized in the 1920s.
The vase features a matte, sand-textured cream body configured in a dramatic stepped-accordion silhouette. Running down the center is a highly textural, diamond-crosshatched column highlighted by a muted bronze-toned glaze, completed by a sharply geometric, tapered dark finial.
Due to its grand scale, this substantial vessel reads as a true architectural sculpture, making it a perfect vocal point for an entryway console, open shelving, or a pedestal display. The unglazed bottom retains its original vintage stamped identifier reading: "VANGUARD STUDIOS® • MADE IN USA • 330747" alongside its protective furniture-safe cork padding. A sophisticated accent perfect for Hollywood Regency, Postmodern Memphis-style, or eclectic mid-century modern spaces!
