A sleek set of four vintage INOX 18/8 stainless steel coupes with the kind of polished, architectural profile that instantly evokes a 1960s cocktail lounge, first-class airline service, or a beautifully stocked mid-century hotel bar.
The shallow bowls, narrow column stems and flared pedestal bases have a distinctly space-age feel, while the mirror-polished stainless steel gives them a surprisingly glamorous presence. They look especially striking grouped together on a bar cart, styled with a decanter, or used for small cocktails, champagne, sherbet or dessert.
These are the sort of vintage pieces that photograph beautifully because they reflect the room around them — chrome, glass, walnut and low evening light all work particularly well with them. Each piece is marked INOX 18/8 on the underside beneath a triangular maker’s emblem.
