Designed as part of Saarinen’s celebrated Pedestal Collection, the table reflects his pursuit of eliminating the visual clutter created by traditional table legs through a sculptural single-pedestal form. The table has a round white marble top with prominent gray veining and natural variation, paired with a white cast-aluminum pedestal base. It is in good condition, the marble top shows visible age-related surface wear, scattered discoloration and spotting, along with a fine hairline line or fissure visible upon close inspection. Made in USA.
