This wonderfully sculptural piece depicts a duck in an animated pose with its graceful neck extended and bill open. The body and wings are beautifully detailed with individually rendered feathers finished in warm gold, while the neck, head, legs, and portions of the base contrast beautifully in a highly polished silver tone.
