We love to rescue these timeless old utilitarian chopping boards with much character throughout. This board has years of use, and has its own unique time-worn aging.

Care: We simply clean our bread boards with plant-based, undyed, unscented, (Seventh Generation) dish soap and H₂O, scrubbing with the grain of the wood rather than against. When we feel our board needs a little extra cleaning we'll wash it with white vinegar. Occasionally we condition the bread board with oil. We use various types, you can use olive oil, mineral oil or organic beeswax.
