Each lamp features five luminous orbs of clear crackle crystal, graduated from small to large, creating a column of captured light. As seen in your exquisite macro photography, the crystal is not flat - it is full of internal fractures, rainbows, and icy inclusions, known as crackle or "rock crystal", that sparkle brilliantly when the light hits them. The spheres are separated by delicate antiqued silver-leaf collars with authentic craquelure.

The base is a substantial, tiered, bell-form plinth in a heavily distressed silver-leaf finish, as captured in your close-up: layers of silver leaf over red bole with dark rub-through, authentic cracking, and time-worn patina.
