The composition depicts a streamlined Acela high-speed train arriving in Boston against a stylized city skyline, prominently featuring the distinctive towers and cables of the Leonard P. Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge. Bold geometric forms, radiating perspective lines, and a restrained palette of green, blue, gray, and red combine the streamlined elegance of classic 1930s railway posters with contemporary graphic design. The Acela campaign was created for Amtrak with Schwab as illustrator, and the posters were produced in a 24 × 36-inch, four-color format. Size: 24" W × 36" H. See less
