Crafted in France circa 1950, each cabinet is finely constructed of fruitwood and kingwood veneer arranged in striking chevron parquetry, further enriched with delicate floral marquetry inlaid across the drawer fronts and side panels.

Each bedside table is crowned with a removable molded marble top featuring warm cream, lavender, and taupe veining, creating an elegant contrast to the rich wood tones below. The bombe-form cases are fitted with three dovetailed drawers, each dressed with ornate Rococo-style cast bronze pulls, while finely chased gilt bronze corner mounts and sabot feet accentuate the elegant silhouette.

Raised on slender cabriole legs, the cabinets display refined proportions and excellent attention to detail from every angle. The floral marquetry continues onto the sides, making the pair equally attractive when viewed in the round.
