The Diamond Chair was originally designed by Bertoia in 1952 for Knoll; 1952 is the design year and this listing does not claim these specific chairs date to that year.

This pair retains its original full upholstered covers, which have never been reupholstered. One chair is covered in red, the other in tan/beige — an eclectic, mismatched color pairing that we think is a plus for anyone building a collected, layered interior rather than a matched showroom look. Frames are chrome-plated steel wire on both chairs.

Sold as a genuine matched pair (two chairs), which typically commands a premium over single-chair listings.
