A matched pair of vintage ceramic ginger jar table lamps by Oriental Accent, hand-painted with tiger, zebra, and leopard vignettes against a stylized banana-leaf ground in warm ochre and umber.
Made by Oriental Accent Lighting Co. — the company behind many 1980s Bombay Company lamps.
Lamps and shades are shipped separately
Each jar is banded in leopard print at the shoulder and signed "Oriental Accent" on the socket hardware. Lamps stand on cast iron, pierced Asian-style footed bases with scrolled cabriole feet.
Original aubergine silk-blend shades, trimmed in leopard print with brass ball finials, are included and intact.
Suggested Uses: This pair brings graphic, high-contrast pattern and real weight and presence to a room — well suited to flanking a sofa in a maximalist living room, anchoring a console in an entry gallery, or adding a jolt of pattern to a neutral bedroom scheme.
The cast iron bases give these a substantial, grounded feel that reads well in eclectic, Hollywood Regency, or British colonial-inspired interiors, and pairs naturally with brass accents, tortoiseshell, or other animal-print elements already in a room.
Dimensions: 15"H to socket · 22"H to top of finial · 4" footed base
