A striking vintage faux butterfly presented in a deep, French gray-painted wooden shadowbox. The Monarch butterfly is displayed with wings fully extended against a rich black fabric background, creating a dramatic contrast that beautifully highlights its warm orange, cream, and black coloration.
The substantial wood shadowbox has an unusually deep profile of approximately 2 inches, with finely reeded sides and a softly aged French gray painted finish.
