This … Read more We are pleased to offer this gorgeous Federal style Hutch secretary desk by Beacon Hill Collection, from the 1930s.
This desk is made of Mahogany wood, featuring a Removable bookcase top decorated with metal eagle and finials on top, two glass doors reveals two wooden shelfs inside.
The secretary comes with two sliding tambour doors one on either side, each one reveals Three cubbies on top and one small dovetailed drawer on the bottom.
In-between the two Tambour doors you will find a small inlaid door, reveals one drawer inside.
The lower section comes with a flip out desk lid (Writing surface) supported by 2 pull out support bars over two large dovetailed drawers.
All drawers are with original handles, one key, drawers are clean and slides in and out smoothly.
The desk is standing on four sturdy legs.
Completely restored ( refinished hand French polish ), very sturdy and in great condition .
