Inside the vitrine, the cabinet retains its original fabric lining, beautifully preserved and providing an authentic backdrop for displaying fine glass, porcelain, or objets d'art. The original glass shelves remain in place, enhancing its light and elegant appearance.

The true focal point is the magnificent signed marquetry panel, executed in a rich selection of carefully chosen veneers. The scene depicts a peaceful riverside landscape where a group of slender birch trees dominates the foreground.
