made of wood with a teak-colored finish and rich, warm- colored hues, this "mad men" era designed piece, features two, elegantly designed side panels resting on 4 carved legs/feet (2 on each side), that extend upwards above the shelf, and finish with beautifully curved handles with rounded edges, that make it easy to move from one place to another (see photos.)

just underneath the shelf in the middle, is a small drawer that slides open and closes properly, with its original brass-colored knob and on the inside, has a circular space containing an ashtray made of brass, that measures 6 cm x 6 cm. These days, it could be used to keep coins or other small objects (see photos.)

piece is in overall, good, original and vintage condition, as it's been well-maintained over the years. Some light marks, signs of age and previous use commensurate with time, light faded colors as well as a patina of time, on the overall structure (see photos.) a slight patina of time on the knob. The ashtray is clean with minor signs of age and previous use (see photos.) a few small pieces of veneer are lacking on the edging of the inner parts of the magazine rack but nothing that neither compromised its beauty or functionality piece has only been gently dusted and oiled, to maintain the warm, rich colors, with respect to its original patina of time.

this table is rather versatile, in that it can be used in many ways: as a small side or end of couch table, plant stand or nightstand. The fact that it has the drawer and magazine rack below, designed with sleek lines, makes it that much of a special accent piece that will compliment any given space.
