Crafted in Italy during the 1960s, this piece features a highly sculptural botanical design. It showcases hand-wrought gold gilt iron stems and leaves beautifully contrasted by hand-painted off-white toleware floral blossoms, featuring a mix of multi-petaled daisies at the base and emerging tulip buds lifting toward the top. The lamp is grounded by a heavy, tiered gilt metal base and crowned with a decorative contemporary white finial .With its striking organic silhouette and warm metallic glow, this lamp serves as a functional piece of art. Good vintage condition with beautiful, age-appropriate character. The hand-painted tole flowers and gilt-finished iron show light, authentic patina, minor paint wear, and soft craquelure that highlights its vintage origin. The structural welds are completely solid.Wiring & Functionality. The lamp features its original mid-century wiring, including a brown cord, a non-polarized two-prong plug, and a brass socket shell with a black turn-knob switch. It has been tested and is in fully working condition.
