This original desk originates from the 1930s, stylistically belongs to the Bauhaus period, and was manufactured by Hynek Gottwald. Its sophisticated design harmoniously combines oak veneer, professionally cleaned tubular chromed steel, and marmoleum, perfectly reflecting the refined taste and high craftsmanship of the period's production. This avant-garde creative era successfully mastered the combination of strict technical functionality with pure, timeless aesthetics that remain appealing to this day.
The piece has undergone professional care, which included restoration, the revival of the polish, and professional cleaning of the tubular chromed steel, while featuring a stable construction and being fully functional. Thanks to this maintenance and technical restoration, the desk is fully ready for safe and immediate daily use without compromising its historical value.
Given its stylistic purity, verified origin from manufacturer Hynek Gottwald, rare material composition, and excellent restored condition, this desk holds an exceptionally high collector value. For all enthusiasts and collectors of period design, it represents a highly attractive accessory that functions as a striking and sophisticated artistic accent within an interior. Investing in this item is a great opportunity to acquire an authentic historical artifact that permanently retains its aesthetic and collector prestige.
