It is hand carved oak made in Barcelona after the original Calvet designed mirror made at the turn of the 20th. by the Catalan architect, Antoni Gaudi. It is decorative, elegant, original in design and historically accurate to the one he designed which is found at his Catalan residence in Barcelona. Gaudi designed the famous Sagrada Família cathedral in Barcelona and the public park, Parc Guelle amongst a host of interesting furniture and interiors of art deco design. It’s a beautiful example of Art Nouveau designed furniture. See less
