A vintage Holophane prismatic glass shade — the ribbed glass originally designed to diffuse and direct light in factories and warehouses — sits in its original galvanized steel fitter, complete with a protective wire cage guard. This shade has been mounted as an uplight atop a genuine Keuffel & Esser wooden surveyor’s tripod, with the original weathered red and mustard paint, black iron hardware, and steel spike feet left intact for authentic patina.

The fixture has been wired with a black cloth-covered cord, in-line rotary switch, and a standard socket, so it’s ready to plug in and use today.
