An Art Deco tilting photo frame in painted wood with a distressed silver-gray finish, the warm rose-toned underlayer worn through along the edges where hands have touched it for the better part of a century.
The frame holds an 8x10 photograph and swivels on two carved uprights, so you can angle the image to the light or the room. Those side supports carry a stylized sunburst motif at the top and base — a clean, geometric flourish typical of the 1930s. It sits on a serpentine wooden plinth with a shaped, layered profile.
