Antique Victorian-era brass oil/kerosene fonts featuring ribbed cylindrical lower reservoirs and embossed decorative shoulders, paired with clear glass hurricane chimneys. Solid brass bases and hardware with clear blown glass chimneys.
Ribbed lower canister body with ornate Victorian floral and scroll embossing petal-and-bead pattern along the shoulder, paired with a center-draft burner mechanism. Used as drop-in or table font inserts for parlor, banquet, or "Gone with the Wind" style oil lamps.
The thumbwheel on the burner is marked "ROYAL"
This was originally Designed to hold kerosene and a round wick to supply a centralized draft flame inside a larger decorative table or hanging lamp frame, But I have used them as they are alone.
