Originally introduced in 1950, Saarinen’s Executive Chair became one of Knoll’s most enduring designs, combining a sculptural upholstered shell with remarkably light and elegant proportions.

This example features the iconic armless silhouette with an open lower back, upholstered in a beautiful mint green boucle fabric. The softly textured upholstery complements Saarinen’s organic form while giving the chair a fresh, contemporary appearance.

Supported by four splayed tubular chrome legs with original-style glides. The chair retains its Knoll manufacturer’s label to the underside, identifying it as an authentic Knoll production.

An excellent accent, desk, dining, or occasional chair, and an easy addition to Mid-Century Modern, contemporary, minimalist, and modernist interiors.
