Hand-blown in a dramatic winged form, the substantial clear glass body curves outward in fluid, organic lobes surrounding a vivid ruby-red and black core. Metallic gold and silver foil accents create rich texture and shimmer, changing in appearance as light passes through the glass. The polished underside is etched “Nourot AP.03-99 Micheal Nourot,” dating the work to 1999. This expressive collectible functions beautifully as a centerpiece or freestanding decorative sculpture. This is a discontinued model with the brand and is in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage. See less
