Large, hand-glazed vase in the classic Mobach style with a cylindrical, gently tapered form and a deep red glaze with subtle surface variation. A striking and decorative piece from the workshop’s 1970s production. Origin: Holland. Material: Ceramic. Dimensions: H. 29 cm, D. 9 cm. Period: 1970s. Condition: Very good condition with minor signs of wear. Mobach Keramiek (founded in 1895 in Utrecht) is one of the Netherlands’ oldest and most respected ceramic workshops. Known for its hand-thrown forms, experimental glazes and strong craft tradition, each piece reflects individual workmanship. Mobach works from the 1960s and 70s are especially sought after for their sculptural simplicity and rich colour depth. See less
