Presenting a pair of authentic Mid-Century ceramic lamps in Atomic Era pink and black with gold accents.
It is rare to find a pair from this era with the original fiberglass shades intact!
Order includes two restored lamp bases, harps, finials and original fiberglass two-tiered shades.
The often elusive, two-tiered fiberglass shades are coral-peachy-pink with fibers of black, gray and taupe. They are bound to the frames in deep brown leather type straps.
The ceramic bases feature a Trompe L'Oleil tufted appearance: a protruding harlequin pattern in alternating black and pink with gold gilt vertical lines between each column of "tufts." All sitting on vertical circumferential rows creating a gold gilt plinth, typical of the era.
These are stunning in an authentic MCM setting, also suitable for Art Deco and eclectic style decor.
