Authentic antique early 20th-century oval serving platter / small dish produced by the Newport Pottery Co. Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, England.
Antique Semi-Porcelain/Ironstone
This piece features the historic Blue Willow transferware pattern in a rich, deep cobalt blue glaze.
The underside displays the company's traditional heraldic mark featuring a crown, rampant lion, and banner.
Good antique condition appropriate for a piece roughly 100 years old. Glaze retains a smooth sheen with light, natural surface crazing typical of antique English ironstone. Some surface discoloration. Free of major structural damage. No severe cracks or past restorations. Normal wear from age.
