This is a beautiful antique hand carved curio cabinet made of tiger oak wood. The cabinet has three upper lights hardwired in that were probably added later in its life. The lights are turned on with the switch pictured. The cabinet has 4 large glass shelves along with both glass sides and a large glass front door. On the back of the piece is an old furniture tag reading "Gettysburg Furniture Company" - Gettysburg, penn'a. This company was in furniture production from 1902 - 1960, with the tag representing the earlier part of that range. Wonderfully carved with detailed claw front legs and gargoyle esq figures on the front. Ready to both be displayed, and display other items in your home.
