English oak tobacco jar dating to the 1920s, crafted in an unusual rounded form with rich tiger grain oak. Raised on small bun feet and fitted with a domed lid, the jar retains its original interior lining and decorative escutcheon detail to the front. The warm oak patina and sculptural shape give the piece a distinctive Arts & Crafts or early tavern character, equally suited for a gentleman’s desk, library, or bar display. Unsigned example with strong visual presence.
