An unusually developed piece of branch of wood, which could have grown around a fence or cable or such. Or could this have developed on its own? This unusual beautiful log is in a braided or scalloped design, and with a hollow center. It's quite extraordinary. Looking into the inside tunnel, it looks like it's been toasted. The whole thing just seems like it went through some extreme heat, but to our eyes it's not burnt. That's really all we can say, as our knowledge in forestry and wood is near zero. What we do have is a unique sculptural piece that's developed naturally and would really fit into any decor as an accent piece.
