A beautifully proportioned petite 1930s Art Deco table lamp featuring a striking smoke blue-green art glass globe paired with an elegant geometric metal base that has developed a wonderfully soft platinum-like patina over decades of age. The substantial blown glass body exhibits subtle variations, suspended bubbles, and a luminous smoky blue-green coloration that shifts beautifully with changing light.
The lamp's refined Art Deco silhouette is enhanced by its stepped architectural base and original double-cluster socket assembly with dual pull chains, allowing each bulb to be operated independently. The naturally aged metal finish has mellowed into a sophisticated platinum-toned patina that beautifully complements the cool tones of the glass.
The quality and character of the glass are strongly reminiscent of Murano craftsmanship, though no maker's mark is present to definitively attribute its origin. Measuring 7" in diameter at the glass and 20" tall to the top of the finial (or 17" tall with the finial extender removed), this petite lamp is perfectly scaled for a nightstand, bookshelf, entry console, or accent table.
A sophisticated statement piece, it blends effortlessly into Art Deco, Hollywood Regency, Mid-Century Modern, contemporary, or eclectic interiors. The lamp has been tested and is in working condition. Shade not included.

Very good vintage condition with attractive age-related wear throughout. The smoke blue-green art glass is free of major chips or cracks and displays the subtle bubbles and minor irregularities characteristic of hand-blown glass. The original metal components retain a beautiful naturally aged platinum-like patina with light oxidation and surface wear consistent with age. Original dual pull-chain sockets remain intact and functional. Please review all photographs carefully, as they are considered part of the description. Wiring original and works but should probably be rewired due to the age.
