A one-of-a-kind antique dresser, completely reimagined by Rebranded by Rachael as a functional piece of Art.
This substantial dresser features incredible original architectural details, including carved columns, ornate corner embellishments and dramatic paw feet. The wood has been given a rich, hand-finished burnished treatment in deep brown, black and warm bronze tones, allowing the age and character of the piece to remain part of the design.
Hand-applied dimensional botanical branches, florals and birds travel organically across the drawer fronts, creating an almost sculptural effect. Faceted crystal-style knobs add just enough sparkle against the dark, moody finish, while petite keyhole details preserve its old-world character.
Rather than disguising the history of this piece, the finish was intentionally created to celebrate it. Variations in tone, texture and patina are part of its hand-finished character and make the dresser entirely unique.
