Embodying the experimental spirit of the late 1960s, the chair is a sculptural form with a hollowed cut-out cylindrical base that transitions into a curved, crescent-shaped backrest. Due to the high cost of production and the onset of the 1973 oil crisis, very few of these pieces were ever manufactured, making this a true collector's item.
