We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely pair of original Regency style giltwood famboo chairs A very good … more We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely pair of original Regency style giltwood famboo chairs A very good looking and collectable pair of occasional chairs. These are Edwardian however I have a pair of later Regency chairs with the original finished listed under my other items These have been re-gilded at some point, the frames are famboo which means fake bamboo, at the latter part of the 18th to the early part of the 19th century Chinese furniture started to be imported into England, they’re designs and styles were quickly adopted by our craftsman and mirrored, we were carving bamboo designs in pine and oak Dimensions: Height 81cm seat height 44cm Width 40.5cm Depth 43cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point Condition: Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade. less

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
- On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.
Cancellations
