Paul Klee ( 1879 - 1940 ) the Swiss born Modernist artist is attributed to creating some of the most original and colorful paintings of The Twentieth Century. Klee was an educator at the famous Bauhaus School in Germany. His work reflects the ideas of Symbolism, Expressionism, Cubism, as well the simplicity of The Bauhaus designs. Artworks by Klee are included in the collections of many of the world's most prestigious museums.

Created in 1938 in the final period of Klee's life, the artwork is a masterful exploration of Abstraction and Symbolism. The original artwork is held in the collection of The Kustsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen in Duseldorf, Germany.

The rare out of print framed Modernist poster print measures 28 3/4" W X 36 1/2" H X 1 1/2" D.

It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modern matte eggshell finish black wood museum box style frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.

It is in excellent " like new " condition. The poster print is in excellent " like new " clean vintage condition consistent with age, light signs of handling, and very light minor wear.
