Degué
A rare pair of French 1925-1935 art deco lanterns. Beautiful nickel plated bronze or solid brass fixtures. Each holds four oblong shades in clear frosted moulded pressed glass. This model is never signed. It was made by Degué. Sometimes they have a modelnumber on the rim #501. It is represented in the old Degué product catalog.
The pendants have a height of 65,1 cm (25,63"). And a diameter of 18 cm (7,1"). They in very good condition. I re-nickeled and patinated the mounts. Some shades have the usual chips on the rim. All are behind the metal mount and invisible with the shades in place. The chandeliers are rewired and hold an American standard socket each.
