The chandelier has a striking architectural design incorporating … Read more A 1960's large chrome and Lucite rod chandelier designed by Gaetano Sciolari. The chandelier has a striking architectural design incorporating polished chrome tubular candle sockets, intersecting geometric arms, and clear Lucite rod accents. The design integrates an industrial design with a glamorous Hollywood Regency presence. The total height can be extended or shortened based on rewiring and the number of chain links used. The chandelier can be lengthened to suit any height with additional chain link extension. (38"ht with chain as shown in photos). The chandelier offers a Brutalist geometric style with 12 vertical tubular rods featuring cylindrical acrylic finials. Nine of the rods hold the sockets. The rods are joined by 18 horizontal rectilinear stretchers. No maker's mark was found. The chandelier is in excellent condition for its age and use. Dimensions: 25.5" W X 25.5" D X 27" H. See less
