The spaghetti … Read more For sale are original spaghetti armchairs, designed in 1979 by giandomenico belotti for the italian design manufacturer alias. The spaghetti collection is considered a milestone in italian furniture design and was alias's first product. Today, it is part of the permanent collections of the moma in new york and the triennale design museum in milan. Characteristic of the design is the delicate frame made of chrome-plated tubular steel combined with the tautly stretched pvc cords that form the seat and backrest. The flexible webbing adapts comfortably to the body and offers surprisingly high seating comfort despite the minimalist construction. Thanks to the integrated armrests, this version is suitable for dining areas as well as conference rooms, lounges, or stylish living spaces. The chairs impress with their light, elegant appearance and can be stacked to save space.

condition: good used condition with minor signs of age-related wear. The chrome-plated frame shows signs of wear, the pvc webbing is intact and in good condition. The chairs are sturdy and ready to use. One chair has a slightly bent leg (see photos). There are also a few minor oxidation spots.
