A substantial frosted and clear lead crystal vase produced for The Bombay Company in Germany during the late twentieth century. The body is richly moulded with an encircling procession of cherubs in satin-frosted relief, complemented by a flowing polished clear crystal rim and faceted foot. The contrast between the frosted figures and brilliant clear crystal creates a striking Neoclassical presentation.
The vase retains its original Bombay Company labels, supporting its authenticity and adding appeal for collectors of Bombay decorative accessories. German-made crystal from this period is recognized for its quality, weight, and precision finishing, making this an attractive display piece for both traditional and classical interiors.
