An antique early 20th century Heywood-Wakefield wicker footstool or ottoman from specifically the 1910s to 1920s era. It features a classic close-woven rattan frame, ornate open-weave apron details, and a dark brown shaded finish. The top is upholstered with a tight-stitch floral needlepoint cushion.
It features a robust, tightly woven dark brown rattan/wicker frame with flared skirts, decorative openwork accents along the lower aprons, and sturdy wrapped legs.
The top is fitted with a classic, hand-stitched floral needlepoint cushion on an olive green background, finished with a decorative braided gimp.
