Cushman was started … Read more Vintage Home is pleased to present this Antique Drinks Table Humidor by Cushman Products out of Vermont. Cushman was started in 1886 by Henry Theodore Cushman. They were a novelty items company producing items such as erasers, coat racks and cork products, later expanding their product line. Between 1900 into the 1920s they specialized in smokers’ stands and tables. This Humidor table is from that time. It’s a dark walnut and has four hand-turned legs. The Humidor has a gold colored sheet metal lining. Later Cushman became highly successful producing colonial style furniture.
