One of two of these wonderful chairs we currently have in stock, it was likely made in France in the 1970s and exudes an elegantly relaxed, Coastal-Boho style. Generously oversized and wonderfully comfortable, this woven rattan ‘Mushroom’ chair makes a strikingly impressive statement, is a joy to relax in and will enhance any interior with its rich, golden colouring and effortlessly stylish, Sculptural-Organic aesthetic.

Artisan-crafted by hand-weaving rattan around a metal frame, this
extra-large beauty is very sturdy and displays a plethora of stunningly streamlined, bubble and doughnut-like curves, which create interest and evoke a futuristic, Space-Age feel.

All in all this is a remarkably eye-catching and super-comfortable armchair, which would look fabulous in a studio, lounge, bedroom or conservatory space, or even in an outdoor setting. CONDITION
This wonderful armchair is in very good vintage condition. Solid and structurally sound, it has only to-be-expected signs of ageing in the form of hard-to-notice rattan wear, very minor losses and discolouration, which only add to its vintage appeal. Overall it's a gorgeous and wonderfully eye-catching chair in remarkable vintage condition and if well looked after it should be just as stunning for decades to come – please see the photos.
