We are selling this gorgeous copper Electrotype charger. This charger features “Battle of the Amazons” after Antoine Vechte, the original bronze was exhibited in the Great Exhibition of 1851 and Elkington soon made a copy. This copy was made with the Electrotype deposit method using copper and it appears then silverplated. The silverplate has worn off giving it the most attractive copper surface.
Condition: Antique condition. Silvered surface has worn off. Some dents/uneven edges.
